González Helguera Paloma

Make-up artist, art designer-producer and teacher in training. 4th year student teaching Visual Communication (Instituto de Profesores Artigas), where I also course up to third year in Literature. Formed in Uruguay and Austria. Worked independently in the area of makeup, scenography, costumes and props since 2009. Her interest stems from the body as a potential art language, support for living, empathic and political art. It concludes in a hybrid art which is fused by diverse expressions such as painting, staging, biological music, performative installation, poetry, new media; sensors, network co-creation. It is deployed on 3 thematic guidelines; the intangible, the ephemeral and our actions as a human species in a world-time, Influenced by nature, the non-border and education.
